Company Valuation
A structured financial decision-support report built from published annual accounts.
An indicative, professionally structured business valuation for users who want to understand what value range is supported by the company’s financial history and which assumptions drive that value.
Who is it for?
Useful before a company sale or acquisition, owner buy-out, succession process, strategic decision or when an owner simply wants a disciplined value orientation.
Methodology
The report is based primarily on DCF/FCFF logic. The model uses historical normalisation, automated WACC estimation, margin convergence, conservative/base/optimistic scenarios, terminal-growth logic and WACC–growth sensitivity analysis.
The model does not automatically treat the full cash balance as excess cash, does not automatically classify every liability as interest-bearing debt, and applies professional guardrails in extreme cases.
What do you receive?
- indicative enterprise and equity value range;
- DCF/FCFF model;
- WACC and market-input explanation;
- three operating scenarios;
- sensitivity matrix;
- asset-based cross-check;
- expert interpretation of value drivers and key risks.
Important limitation
The report is not a transaction fairness opinion and does not replace full due diligence. A real acquisition process may require additional information such as business plans, customer concentration, owner dependence, actual interest-bearing debt, CAPEX plans and contractual backlog.
Language
The report can be generated in Hungarian or English.
