Can private individuals purchase GlobalTaxAI reports?

Yes. GlobalTaxAI can be purchased by both businesses and private individuals. A private individual may, for example, analyse the published financial statements of a potential acquisition target, investment, business partner or employer.

Can I analyse a company I do not own?

Yes, if the analysis is based on lawfully accessible, publicly published annual accounts. Confidential or non-public documents should only be processed if you have the appropriate right to use them.

Where does the financial data come from?

The analysis is based on the annual-report PDFs selected and provided by the user. The system extracts the financial statements into a structured format and makes the data reviewable before report generation.

How many years should I use?

At least three years are recommended where available. Longer histories, including up to around ten years, can improve trend interpretation. Shorter histories can still be analysed, but conclusions are necessarily more cautious.

What is the difference between the three reports?

Financial Quick Diagnostic: identifies the main financial pressure points and management priorities.
Balance-Sheet Analysis: provides a deeper view of financial structure, liquidity, working capital, funding and efficiency.
Company Valuation: estimates an indicative value range and shows the assumptions that drive that value.

Is the Company Valuation an official valuation opinion?

No. It is an indicative decision-support valuation based on the available financial statements and documented model assumptions. It does not replace full transaction due diligence or an individual expert opinion where one is legally or commercially required.

Will a bank accept the report for credit approval?

The report may include a lender-style financial pre-screening perspective, but it is not a bank credit decision, rating or loan commitment. Banks use their own internal credit processes and additional information.

Are the annual reports uploaded to a central server?

The current analysis engine is designed to process the financial-report PDFs primarily in the user’s browser. This reduces the need to store sensitive business documents centrally.

How long does report generation take?

Under normal conditions, the report is generated shortly after the source data have been reviewed and the analysis has been started. Processing time can vary with the number of documents and the user’s device.

Are reports available in English and Hungarian?

Yes. Reports can be generated in Hungarian or English.

What happens if a figure is extracted incorrectly?

The extracted financial data are presented for review before the analysis is generated. The user can check the values before starting the report.

How do payment and invoicing work?

Card payments are processed through Barion. After successful payment, an electronic invoice is generated through Számlázz.hu and the order receives secure access to the purchased application.
